Subscriptions
Subscriptions are due on 1st January each year, at the following current rates:-

Members are reminded that failure to pay by 31st January entails the withdrawal of all membership privileges including admission to the Club.
Failure to pay by the 28th February means automatic cessation of membership and further entry will be refused even as a guest.
Members wishing to resign their membership must give 3 month's notice, in writing, and must not wait until subscriptions are due. (Rule 12)
Any person failing to pay in time but wishing to continue membership must write to the committee seeking permission to make a fresh application for membership, giving reasons, and if granted, must follow the full procedure as inidicated for new members.
DOOR CARDS MUST BE LEFT FOR RE-ACTIVATION
otherwise they will not open the door after the 31st January. This equally applies to LIFE MEMBERS who must confirm their continued membership each year, which will otherwise cease.
Remember that you should notify and change of address within 14 days and any loss of door card must be notified IMMEDIATELY.
